England vs West Indies will be a champion versus champion clash. It is the battle between the 2010 and 2012 winners. England and West Indies are on the cusp of history in the World T20. Both teams have a chance to win the tournament for the second time. However, heading into the summit clash, the Caribbeans seem to be in pole position.
Eoin Morgan-led England have endured a roller-coaster journey in the 2016 World T20. They were blown away by the Chris 'Gayle'storm century in Mumbai but England bounced back, chasing down a record 230 against South Africa.
England survived some anxious moments against Afghanistan and held firm against Angelo Mathews' Sri Lanka to seal their place in the semi-finals. In the semis, they put up a clinical show to dismantle the marauding New Zealanders by seven wickets to storm into the final.
Darren Sammy and Calypso charmers have played with flair and danced their way to the final at Kolkata's famous Eden Gardens. Gayle's record century set up West Indies campaign brilliantly against England and they thrashed Sri Lanka in Bangalore.
West Indies survived some hiccups against South Africa before being stunned by Afghanistan in their last league game. Against India in Mumbai, Lendl Simmons' special knock silenced a billion Indian fans after a super knock from Virat Kohli went in vain.
