22:30 hrs IST: That is all from this semi-final in Delhi. England now travel to Kolkata for the final on April 3 where they await the winner of the India-West Indies semi-final in Mumbai. Join us tomorrow for a cracking match.
22:25 hrs IST: Here are the post-match comments from the England and New Zealand skippers
Morgan: 180 would have been a really good score on the wicket. We have a lot of belief and confidence going around. We play a very aggressive brand with the bat. It's lead by Hales and Roy at the top. It's a good position to be in with the death bowlers we have and the long batting line-up
Williamson: At the halfway stage, I knew we were a little bit short especially after the start we got. Credit to the England bowlers, but after the start we got, 180 would have been a realistic target. But we got beaten by a better team.
Jason Roy (Man of the Match): The bowling unit bowled well to keep them down to that score. It came off for me tonight and thankfully we won quite well. Just saw it as a chance to go out there on a decent wicket and give it a crack
22:14 hrs IST: Buttler seals the match with a six and England have won by seven wickets to qualify for the final. On the big day, New Zealand have succumbed and they are out of the tournament in the semi-final. England will head to Kolkata.

For New Zealand's ability, their record against England in Twenty20 Internationals is perplexing. In 12 matches, England have a 8-4 head-to-head advantage. In World Cups, both sides are evenly matched at 2-2.
Heading into the semi-final at the Feroz Shah Kotla, England have a slight advantage of the conditions, having played matches against Afghanistan and Sri Lanka at this venue. For New Zealand, this will be their fifth different venue in this World T20.
Kiwis Rely on Adaptability and Ability
"It's great that we have been able to see more of India than most opposition sides! It's one of those things. Surely it happened just by coincidence. Guys embraced that. They embraced the flights and embraced the variety of hotels." Skipper Kane Williamson's sarcastic assessment summed up how New Zealand have gained air miles in this World T20.
However, the Kiwis have shown they read the conditions the best. Be it Nagpur, Dharamsala, Mohali or Kolkata, they have chosen the "Horses-for-Courses" path well. Ish Sodhi and Mitchell Santner have been in great form and on the slow Kotla deck, they will be the trump card for the Kiwis. However, in the recent matches, the pitch has assisted the pace bowlers and this might tempt them to play either Trent Boult or Tim Southee, who have not played a single game so far.
England Aim To display their Grit on the big stage
Eoin Morgan's team has endured a roller-coaster ride in the league stages. However, the grit and determination shown by the team has been praised by the skipper and he believes this quality will give England confidence.
"We haven't had to repeat the same thing twice. We showed different sides to everyone's personality," Morgan said.
England's bowling has been a major concern, with most of the bowlers having a very high economy rate. In this tournament, the likes of Jason Roy and Joe Root have stepped up to save them. However, the X-factor in the team is Jos Buttler.
His fifty against Sri Lanka was the difference-maker. His record against New Zealand is phenomenal. He has an average of 46.6 and a strike-rate of 160.6 and he will look to give England the finishing touches at the end.
This match is important for both teams. A win for New Zealand might shatter their perception of Dark Horses while an England win could shut critics up who argue that the team does not look beyond Test cricket.
