Force India went into administration following a High Court hearing in London on Friday evening.
There was no further immediate comment from the team.
Vijay Mallya has cited his need to focus on his legal issues as the reason for the move.
Force India have finished fourth in the championship for the past two seasons.
Ocon and Perez, who are teammates at Force India, have fought fierce duels this season and have collided at Baku and at the Belgian Grand Prix in Spa.
