IND vs AUS Live: India Win!!!
Hardik Pandya hits a four towards third man boundary and India have won the game by 6 wickets. With this they also bag the three-match series 2-1. What a game this was! One could not have asked for a better thriller to this India vs Australia deciding T20I.
What a shot this is from Hardik Pandya! He came across the wicket and slammed Josh Hazlewood's lower full toss over long-on for a six. For a moment, the long-on fielder was interested but the ball sailed over him. India need 15 more in 11 balls.
11 runs came off Pat Cummins' last over despite only one boundary coming in it. The match hangs in balance as India still need 21 runs to win off the final two overs. Josh Hazlewood will bowl the 19th over. Here we go!
Lucky runs for India! Pat Cummins bowled it outside off to Hardik Pandya and the latter threw his bat to it. The ball fell between the short third man and wicketkeeper to eventually run for a four.
An economical over from Daniel Sams as he gave only 7 runs in it. Both Hardik Pandya and Virat Kohli tried to go too hard and thus failed to connect their bats properly to the ball. India need 32 runs more to win off the final 18 balls. Another thriller awaits us guys!
A single and with it Virat Kohli races to his 33rd T20I fifty in 37 balls. He has looked in complete control tonight. He is the key for India from here in this tight chase.
Australia have got something to rejoice after a long time as the partnership between Suryakumar Yadav and Virat Kohli is finally broken. The duo added 104 runs for the third wicket before SKY holed out a Josh Hazlewood delivery to long-off. He departed for 69 runs off 36 balls.
India vs Australia: SIX! 3rd wicket partnership over 100 runs now
Another six from the bat of Suryakumar Yadav. It is the fifth six for him in this innings. With the shot, the partnership between him and Kohli now grows to 102 runs. India are in supreme control at the moment!
This is an even better shot from Suryakumar Yadav. He extended his elbows on the lofted drive to hit the ball over extra cover for a big six. This player is out of the league when he is on song. When was he not in form anyway? Terrific stuff!
What a shot this is from Suryakumar Yadav! He danced down the track and flicked the lower full toss from Adam Zampa nonchalantly over cow corner for a six. With it he races to his fifty in only 29 balls.
A short ball from Pat Cummins and Surykumar Yadav has beautifully pulled it over deep mid-wicket for a big six. This third wicket partnership has turned the game on its head, however, there is still a lot of life in this match.
Wow! How on earth can you hit a such a shot! It was a short-of-a-length ball from Daniel Sams outside off-stump, Suryakumar jumped out of his crease and lofted the ball over covers for a six. This is a sensational shot and only SKY can do such stuff!
Virat Kohli danced down the track and hit Adam Zampa over long-on for a big six. What an innings this is turning out to be from the former India skipper!
That's another brilliant shot from Virat Kohli. He hits it over extra cover this time for a four. This is the Kohli everyone was dying to see on the ground. The same confidence and the same dominance!
Wow! That's an exquisite cover drive from Virat Kohli for a four. A shot he used to play regularly during his prime days. Kohli is looking in great control today and that's a good sign for him as well as the Indian team.
It a big-big wicket for Australia. Rohit Sharma departs for 17 runs off 14 balls. Smart bowling this is from the Aussie pacer Pat Cummins. He saw Rohit coming down the track to charge him and hence pitched the ball short into the body of the batter, who was cramped for room and thus hit the ball directly into the hands of deep backward square leg.
It's the trademark pull shot from Rohit Sharma for a six. Josh Hazlewood pitched it slightly short and Rohit's eyes lit up. As flawless as always, the Indian skipper pulled it over deep mid-wicket for a six.
KL Rahuk mistimed a pull shot on the ball of Daniel Sams and departed for one run off three balls. The ball went high in the air but wicketkeeper Matthew Wade took a really good catch behind the stumps to provide Ausralia first breakthrough.
Some relief for India and Harshal Patel. Tim David departs for 54 off 27 balls. Has the wicket come too late for India? The Aussie hs done his part anyway.
A six from Tim David down the ground and that's his first fifty for Australia. He had scored 18 and 2 runs in his first two matches for the side, but this time he has played an extremely crucial knock. He gets to his fifty in 25 balls.
A four on the last ball of Bumrah's over and Australia get to 179 runs with more 6 balls remaining in this game. This is a brilliant comeback from the side, courtesy Daniel Sams and Tim David.
A four to finish off the over. 21 runs came off it. Bhuvi bowled one wide while the rest 20 runs came off David's bat. Australia have got the much-needed momentum here in Hyderabad.
IND vs AUS Live Score: Australia in search of boundaries
Only 6 runs came off Jasprit Bumrah's third over and Australia's run rate is 8.24 now. They must score 30-40 runs in the next three overs as the pitch looks really good and if dew comes into play later, things will get really hard for them.
Daniel Sams failed to execute a scoop shot properly but the ball took the edge of his bat and flew over wicketkeeper's head for a six. Australia won't mind the runs.
