World Cup Warm Up Match Tickets Available for Download, Packed Stadiums Expected
Fans can download tickets for the warm-up matches which are available free of cost. Authorities though have warned that those without the tickets would not be allowed entry as some of the warm-up matches - like India vs Australia - are already booked to capacity.

The World Cup will see fans thronging stadiums Down Under even before it officially begins from February 14. The warm-up matches ahead of the crucial tournament has also generated a lot of buzz with free tickets available for downloads.
Fans at large have responded overwhelmingly to the biggest tournament in cricket and even some of the practice matches are expected to see big crowds. Such is the level of enthusiasm that the India vs Australia (Sunday) and Pakistan vs Bangladesh matches have already seen all the online tickets being downloaded. Some of the remaining tickets for other practice matches can be found on the official website - www.cricketworldcup.com.
A total of 14 warm-up matches will be played from 8 to 13 February in Adelaide, Christchurch, Melbourne and Sydney. Venues include Adelaide Oval, Hagley Oval in Christchurch, the Sydney Cricket Ground and the Melbourne Cricket Ground, all of which are hosting matches in the tournament proper.
The tournament will kick-start officially with New Zealand taking on Sri Lanka at Christchurch while Australia play England at Melbourne later on the same day.
