Super Jacques Kallis helped South Africa reaffirm its No. 1 status, says Protea Board
Jacques Kallis got the perfect farewell as South Africa threshed India by 10 wickets in Durban to win the two-test series 1-0.

Cricket South Africa on Monday congratulated the South African team on their 1-0 victory over India in the Test Series and on extending their lead at the top of the ICC World Test Championship standings. (Scorecard)
"This has been as near to perfect a Test match as anybody could have asked to see," said CSA Chief Executive, Haroon Lorgat in an official media release.
"The Proteas have given Jacques Kallis exactly the farewell send-off that the entire nation wanted and Jacques, of course, was right on top of his game with yet another memorable century, not to mention his 200th catch and his achievement of becoming the third leading Test run scorer of all time."
