World T20 semis: Tricolour Set on Fire in Jammu
A student at the Dental College, Jammu, allegedly set the tricolor on fire after India lost the semifinal match against West Indies.

Police registered a case against a student of Government Dental College for allegedly setting the national flag on fire on Thursday night after India lost the semifinals of the World T20. (Read More in Cricket)
"We received reports that a student at the Dental College, Jammu, allegedly set the tricolor on fire after India lost the semifinal match against West Indies in the World T20 tournament last evening," SSP Jammu Sunil Gupta said.
He said a case has been registered against the accused and investigations started to ascertain the truth.
"The concerned Station House Officer (SHO), Dy SP and SP have been instructed to probe the allegations for which the case has been registered," he said.
Meanwhile, various student organisations held a protest and demanded action against the accused for the incident.
