There was an interruption due to rain but once play resumed they began right from where they had left as they cleaned them up. Starc was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up four wickets. Australia were simply brilliant as they have rampaged through the Scottish batting line up. Starc created early in road as he picked up two early wickets. The middle order suffered a collapse and they kept losing wickets. Machan top scored for them with 40 runs.

If this game gets washed out, Australia would finish third in the points table behind Sri Lanka and will have to face the Proteas.
