Ishant Sharma Gets Engaged, Rohit Sharma Congratulates Him

Ishant Sharma is no longer an eligible bachelor. The 27-year-old Indian pacer joined a select list of cricketers to have recently exchanged rings with their lady love. The Indian pacer got engaged to Pratima Singh, a basketball player, in New Delhi on Sunday.

Ishant Sharma is part of a five-man Indian pace attack for the four-Test series in the West Indies to be held in July-August.

Ishant took to his official Facebook page to announce his engagement

Rohit Sharma congratulated Ishant on his Twitter handle (@ImRo45). Recently, Yuvraj Singh had also gotten engaged to Bollywood actress Hazel Keech.

Ishant has played 68 Tests and recently went past 200 wickets. He played for Rising Pune Supergiants in the 2016 Indian Premier League and picked up just three wickets in four games.
