Kolkata Knight Riders' Brendon McCullum to miss IPL 6 opener

New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum will be unavailable for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League opener against Delhi Daredevils at Eden Gardens on Wednesday.
The dashing wicketkeeper-batsman is nursing a hamstring injury.
"He is yet to join the squad," said a KKR source.
McCullum, who holds the record for the highest score (158) in the IPL, is already scheduled to have a truncated stint with in the IPL this season, as he is to lead New Zealand on their England trip.
McCullum has 1233 runs in 47 IPL games at an average of 28. Apart from the Knight Riders, he also represented Kochi Tuskers Kerala in 2011.
