With a week to go to the start of the bumper India-Australia 4-Test series, India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has turned to the almighty for strength and support.
India as a Test playing nation have been under the scanner recently following some below-par results. Humiliating whitewashes in England and Australia were followed by a rather tame defeat to England at home.
Questions have been asked and Dhoni, it seems, is searching for answers.

The last time the two sides met, India suffered a 4-0 reverse in Australia at the same time last year. 'Captain Cool' has come under immense pressure in the past 18 months and nothing but a series victory will satisfy the trigger-happy Indian fans.
The religious side of MS Dhoni has been showcased in this turbulent time. It is safe to assume that he prayed for a successful series, which begins on February 22 in Chennai.
Whether Dhoni's prayers will be answered on the field is another matter altogether.
