No Mixed Emotions After Guiding England to Ashes Win, Says Coach Trevor Bayliss

England took an unbeatable 3-1 lead after winning the fourth Test of a five-match series by an innings and 78 runs here on Saturday.

"If the coach is showing his emotions then and making comments that aren't necessarily helpful, it just makes the players even more nervous," Bayliss was quoted as saying by cricket.com.au on Sunday. (Cook Surprised)

Despite contributing to an Australian defeat, Bayliss said he was happy to have received a rapturous applause from the crowd at the Trent Bridge cricket ground on Saturday.

"I'm not going to gloat. Not in front of them (the Australians) anyway," Bayliss said with a smile. "I know how much they will be hurting in that change-room.
