1940:Mumbai defeat Hyderabad by 20 runs.
1936: Out! Steyn walks out, skies the ball, walks back. Malinga now has four wickets - three coming off four deliveries.
1935: Out! Malinga claims another one as Praveen is bowled. Hyderabad seven down.
1932: Out! Malinga removes Vihari on 16. The batsman swings like an axe man, only to give a tame edge to the wicketkeeper - it is all coming apart for Hyderabad.
1928: Out! Bopara hits it straight to the fielder at deep midwicket and that may be the biggest wicket of the chase. Hyderabad need 32 off 14 with McClenaghan now claiming three.
1920: Bopara has taken control of the innings and is batting responsibly.

1910: Out! Rahul fails to connect a shot and the ball lands with the fielder at long-off. That's the fourth wicket down for Hyderabad (104/4, 14.4).
1857: KL Rahul and Ravi Boprara are aware that the asking run-rate is not much and are batting sensibly. Both batsmen picking regular boundaries to keep the chase on track.
1847: After 10 overs, Hyderabad are 74/3.
1840: Out! Ojha lofts Suchith to Pollard at long-off. Hyderabad's chase coming apart at the seams. The team does not bat deep and the smiles on faces all around Wankhede seem to suggest the same.
1829: Out! Dhawan falls. Fails to keep a pull shot down and finds Malinga at midwicket off McClenaghan's bowling. He scored 42.
1826: Dhawan has now eased into his 40s and has KL Rahul for company.
1823: Out! Warner (9) goes for the upper cut but finds Rayudu at third man. Malinga is elated as he bows to Warner and gives him a verbal send off.

1818: Dhawan gets a move on. He is targeting Harbhajan and Malinga and has suddenly raced his way to the 30s.
1808:The third over sees the third change with Lasith Malinga being brought in. His over goes for seven.
1804: Hyderabad openers watchful early on. Harbhajan and McClenaghan bowl tidy first two overs.
1758: Captain Warner comes out for the chase with Shikhar Dhawan at the other end. Harbhajan's spin first up from Mumbai.
1748: Steyn is pleased with how he and his fellow bowlers performed today. "It was a good effort from all of us and I really enjoyed being in the middle today," he says. "157 is a par score," he adds.
1742: Mumbai score 157/8 from their 20 overs.
1739: No hat-trick as Mitchell McClenaghan hits the ball for a single. Mumbai complete 150 runs.
1738: Out! Bhuvneshwar claims two in two. Vinay Kumar edges behind and Naman Ojha takes a sublime catch.

1736: Out! Pollard swings once again and this time, he misses the ball completely to let Bhuvneshwar's delivery crash onto the stumps.
1735: Boult bowls a decent 19th over. Just eight coming off it despite Pollard swinging his bat wildly. With one over left, Mumbai 149/6.
1731:Did you know? Despite being at the bottom of the IPL 2015 table, Mumbai Indians have hit more sixes than any other side so far. The team has hit 53.
1728: Pollard lashes out against Praveen. He chips one for a four on the off side and follows it up with a powerful heave for six down the leg side.
1727: Out! Harbhajan looks to clear the off-side boundary but he too lacks the power. Praveen Kumar celebrates his second wicket of the day as the Mumbai player walks off without scoring.
1725: Harbhajan has joined Pollard with Mumbai innings in dire need of some big shots.
1722: Out! Rayudu falls almost immediately after the strategic time-out. A low full toss is hit straight to Boult at long on. Bhuvneshwar gets his first wicket of the day.
1714: With five overs left, Mumbai are 112/4. Rohit had said 170 at the toss but it seems like a bit too far at the moment. All eyes on Pollard who now has Ambatti Rayudu for company.
1712: Coach Ponting not too perturbed with the sudden flurry of wickets. "We have enough talent in the side. Yes, this game does change in a matter of a few balls but we have been working hard and hopefully, the results will follow," he says.
1708: Out! Rohit steps out to meet spinner Karn but his aerial attempt finds Bhuvneshwar at long-off. The Mumbai captain falls for 24.

1702: Mumbai need to get a move on with Kieron Pollard joining Rohit. Both batsmen are more than capable of sending the ball to the stands.
1658: Out! Steyn has the last laugh as he finds the timber. Simmons is unable to build on his dominant fifty.
1656: Simmons smashes Steyn for another four to complete his fifty off 41 balls. The shot also brings up 100 for Mumbai in 12.2 overs.
1655: Drop! Simmons goes straight and Boult runs in from long on for a flat catch. He did really well to reach the ball but he spills the falling ball. It goes for four.
1650: The average 1st innings T20 score at Wankhede is 161. Simmons is looking like he will lead Mumbai past that. He moves into his 40s.
1641: Rohit is the new man in and he will need to support Simmons at the other end. Hyderabad, meanwhile, have introduced all four pacers and the spin of Karn Sharma.
1638: Out! Chand looks to pull Praveen Kumar but find the fielder at midwicket. He scored 5.
1631: Unmukt Chand is the new man in and he finds a boundary to get off the mark. A fuller delivery is pushed through extra cover.
1629: Out! Parthiv falls for 17. He looks to flick Steyn and manages to connect well too. The shot lacked the required power though and finds Vihari at long-leg boundary.

1627: It is currently 31C inside Wankhede and the humidity is hovering around 51%. There is a sea of blue in the stands and the mature batting display is being appreciated all around.
1624: After five overs, Mumbai have scored 36 without losing a wicket. Simmons is on 19 off 16, while Parthiv is batting on 12.
1619: This has been a responsible start from the Mumbai openers. Starts though have never been a problem. Captain Rohit had said after his team's loss to Delhi that his side will have to capitalise on solid platforms. (Read full report here). Can Mumbai do that today?

1615: Steyn into the attack and will bowl the fourth over of the innings.
1606: Two fours in the first over - both from Simmons. The second over will be bowled by Bhuvneshwar and not Steyn as earlier predicted. The Indian pacer has four wickets from IPL 2015 so far.
1601: Simmons and Parthiv come out to open the innings for Mumbai. In 12 IPL matches, Simmons has a strike rate of 130.7. He will need to maintain that and yet bat responsibly as he faces Boult in the first over.
1555: Did you know? Hyderabad mentor VVS Laxman has hailed Warner's captaincy. "Warner has been fantastic. We have given him the captaincy because of the way he contributed as a leader in 2014," he said. (Read more here)
1545: Know the 'new stars' playing this match:
Jagadeesha Suchith: The 21-year-old Karnataka player is a spinner who can also bat a bit. The Mumbai Indians player last played in IPL 2015 on April 17th when he bowled two overs for 33 runs against Chennai Super Kings.
Hanuma Vihari: Another 21-year-old, Vihari will play for Hyderabad. His last T20 match was in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on April 5th when he claimed one wicket from his four overs that cost 34 runs.
1540: Boult's inclusion in the Hyderabad unit means he will be sharing the new ball with Dale Steyn. The two can be a lethal pair first up and Mumbai openers will have to bat with determination if they are to blunt the early pace attack. Of course, Steyn has just claimed one wicket in IPL 2015 so far and it is this that will make him even more deadly as the South African is known to fight hardest when the chips are down. Boult, on the other hand, has picked five wickets from four matches.
Then there is Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Praveen Kumar who will further add muscle to the pace battery.
1536: Mumbai may have won just one of their six matches but chief mentor Sachin Tendulkar says he has told the players not to lose heart. "Find the solutions, not the problem," is what the legendary cricketer says has been his advise.

1534: Both Mumbai and Hyderabad make two changes. J Suchith and Vinay Kumar to play for the hosts while Hyderabad include Trent Boult and Hanuma Vihari in their playing XI.

Mumbai: Simmons, Patel, Chand, R Sharma, Pollard, Rayudu, Harbhajan Singh, Vinay Kumar, McClenaghan, Malinga and J Suchith
Hyderabad: Dhawan, Warner, Bopara, Ojha, Vihari, Rahul, K Sharma, P Kumar, B Kumar, Boult and Steyn
1530: Toss! Mumbai win the toss and chose to bat first against Hyderabad. Captain Rohit feels Wankhede is a high-scoring pitch. "Anything above 170 should be a good score," he says.

Mumbai Indians are battling against time now. They have only one win to show from six matches this season and the alarming bells should have started ringing deep within their camp. The solitary victory had come against the Royal Challengers Bangalore, who were struggling to hold their own a few days back. Mumbai's problems have been multi-pronged. The bowlers have not clicked as a unit; they have just not been able to create enough wicket-taking deliveries. Harbhajan Singh and Lasith Malinga, two of the most successful bowlers in the IPL, have struggled to inspire - however, they have had some good spells here and there.
Mumbai's batting has mostly revolved around Rohit Sharma but unfortunately, the normally reliable star has not been able to bring out his A game yet. Studded with the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Ponting and Anil Kumble in their support staff, Mumbai have often lacked clarity on the field. Maybe it's a case of too many cooks spoiling the broth. Maybe all they need is one good chef to stir up that perfect winning recipe. Tendulkar? Ponting? Kumble? Any of these men could come up with something inspirational and hope their wards fight it out in the middle.
But they also need the other heavyweights to perform on the field. Dwayne Smith, Kieron Pollard and Ambati Rayudu can destroy any bowling attack on their day. MI would be hoping these men deliver in the crunch moments.

Sunrisers Hyderabad, meanwhile, are in a safer zone. They have won only two of their five matches but their last match (a D/L win) against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders would have given them enough confidence. Their openers David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan have been in top form. If Mumbai fail to separate them early, Rohit & Co. could be looking at a steep chase.
SRH also boast of a superb bowling line-up. Dale Steyn, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Praveen Kumar make a lethal attack. And they have had to bench Trent Boult. Mumbai face a mighty tough task tonight.
