IPL: Mumbai Indians Allowed to Name Corey Anderson Replacement
Corey Anderson injured himself twice during IPL 2015 and was ruled out. The IPL technical committee has now given Mumbai a go-ahead in naming a replacement for the rest of the season.

The IPL Technical Committee today approved the replacement of injured Corey Anderson in the Mumbai Indians squad. The New Zealand all-rounder suffered injuries to his left hand on April 14 and 17. (IPL 2015 complete coverage | Stats | Points Table)
The injuries have not healed in time for him to play in the league matches, said a BCCI media release. Anderson was scheduled to join the New Zealand Test squad in England. (Dwayne Bravo says his 'catch of the season' was a fluke)ÂÂ
If the Mumbai Indians choose to pick a replacement player, then he will be eligible to play in their remaining matches of the ongoing season, including the playoffs, in case the team qualifies for the same. (AB de Villiers - Virat Kohli put on record stand in IPL)
