On Wednesday, as England beat fancied New Zealand by seven wickets to book a place in Sunday's World T20 final, former England player Andrew Flintoff taunted Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan on Twitter. (Amitabh Bachchan Takes on Flintoff on Kohli Versus Root Comparison)
Even in celebration, that was a brave act. The two have a history on the social media platform and Flintoff came off worse for wear from their last joust.
He tweeted yesterday,
Shall we go to the final ? Reckon my mate @SrBachchan can get us a couple of tickets ?? https://t.co/eEJTKGu5FU

Minutes before he had tweeted,
Yesssssssssss @englandcricket !

and immediately after, taking sides for today's match,
Have I missed something ? Haven't India a semi final to play ? No pressure ?? @henrygayle is going to get you ?? https://t.co/Hs5aCk1uqi

That was a reference to the West Indian powerhouse opener Chris Gayle. Today's semi-final in Mumbai between India and the West Indies is being widely pegged as a Gayle vs Virat Kohli encounter.
Fifteen hours later, Big B had still not risen to Flintoff's bait. He didn't have to - his massive army of fans took on the former player.

Earlier this week, after Virat Kohli sent Australia packing home to power India into the semi-finals, Flintoff had tweeted,
At this rate @imVkohli will be as good as @root66 one day ! Not sure who @englandcricket will meet in the final now !
- andrew flintoff (@flintoff11) March 27, 2016
He was talking about England's Joe Root.
Ardent fan Amitabh Bachchcan had trolled Flintoff saying:
@flintoff11 @imVkohli @root66 @englandcricket Root who ? ??? ?? ????? ????? Root ko ..!!!
- Amitabh Bachchan (@SrBachchan) March 27, 2016
Flintoff's reply had called upon him the wrath of an army of Bachchan fans
Sorry who's this ? ?? https://t.co/sjhs7HGT1d

Visit Madame Tussauds, London. You'll know who's he.
