Watch: Ravindra Jadeja Seen "Hustling On" At The Gym As Rehabilitation Begins

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has hit the ground running as he began his rehabilitation after undergoing a surgery following a thumb injury, which he suffered during the Test series in Australia. Jadeja took to Twitter on Wednesday to share a video of himself training in the gym. "Hustling On #comingbackstronger #trainhard," Jadeja wrote while sharing the video on the micro-blogging site. Jadeja had suffered a blow to his left thumb while batting on Day 3 of the third Test against Australia in January and was later ruled out of the fourth and final Test in Brisbane. He had to undergo a surgery after scans showed that he had dislocated his thumb.

After his surgery, the all-rounder had promised his fans that he will be back soon "with a bang" and it seems like he is working hard to keep his word.

On Tuesday, Jadeja posted a video as he returned to the ground for the first time in over a month. Sharing the video of him running in the field, Jadeja wrote: "Back on the field #firstday #postsurgery."

Jadeja has been one of the key players for India in Test cricket and in his absence hasn't affected side's winning habit. In the last four Tests India have played without Jadeja, they have gone on to win three of them, one against Australia and two versus England at home in the ongoing four-Test series.

Axar Patel, replacing Jajdeja in the side, has grabbed the opportunity with both hands, picking up three five-wicket hauls in his first two Test matches.

The series-deciding fourth Test is set to begin on March 4 in Ahmedabad and Axar and his senior bowling partner Ravichandran Ashwin will be key to India's chances as they look to seal the series with a win and secure a spot in the World Test Championship final against New Zealand.
