Blasters who were asked to bat, first got off to a rollicking start courtesy of a belligerent 22-ball 55 from Virender Sehwag.
Shane Warne, however, put the brakes on by picking up the wickets of Tendulkar (26), Brain Lara (1) and VVS Laxman (8) as Blasters finished with 140-8.
Chasing a modest 141 at the famed Citi Field, Ricky Ponting saw the Warriors through with a 38-ball 48 not out.
Jonty Rhodes finished the game with a six off Tendulkar as Warriors cruised home with 16 balls to spare.
