Mumbai:
"We have been informed by Arun Jaitley's office that tomorrow's seating in Delhi has been cancelled as the Bombay High Court is going to hear Modi's petition against BCCI tomorrow," Modi's lawyer Mehboob Abdi said.
The disciplinary committee was scheduled to meet for three consecutive days from September 13-15, but now it will meet only on September 14 and 15, Abdi said.
Modi had moved Bombay High Court taking exception to the formation of the committee saying that two of its members --Jaitley and interim-IPL chairman Chirayu Amin -- were biased against him and they should not be part of the committee.
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is the other member of the panel.
