That's it from Mirpur as Bangladesh win the series 2-1 and that is all from our side as well. Next up is the second Test between Sri Lanka and Pakistan at 1000 IST. Do join us tomorrow. Until then, goodbye and goodnight.
Mustafizur Rahman claims the Man Of The Series Award for his outstanding bowling performance. He picked up 13 wickets in the three matches.
The Match Of The Match is Suresh Raina for his 38 runs and 3-45. He says that they batted very well as a team and he had a good partnership with Binny but Axar Patel was the game changer. Credit goes to Bangladesh as they played very well in this series.
In reply, Bangladesh never got going with the bat. Sarkar, Litton, Sabbir and Nasir showed some respite. However, the likes of Shakib and Rahim failed after getting a start and they could not help Bangladesh cross the rope. In the end it was the tail-enders who annoyed the Indians with defensive shots looking to bat till the end. However they did not last long and were bundled for 240.
It took a spirited Indian batting to post a total over 300 which proved too much for Bangladesh. Their ten match winning streak on home soil was broken today by India. Raina was the star all round performer with bat and ball. His 38 runs and 3 wickets contributed heavily to the win. Most of the Indian batsmen contributed towards the total. Everyone got starts which helped Raina and Rayudu to power India to the total of 317.
That's it. India finally win and they've done it comprehensively. Bangladesh win the series 2-1 and by doing so they've entered into the Champions Trophy. They have truly deserved to do so after a fine performance in the first two games. The credit must go to one man, Mustafizur Rahman for his splendid bowling and variations which completely outfoxed the Indian Batsmen.
OUT! Full on the pads. It struck the pads plumb for the umpire to give it out. India finally win a match at Bangladesh on this tour. Bangladesh all out and India win by 77 runs.
