Sania's Australian campaign comes to an end
Sania Mirza lost in the first round in the singles and crashed out in the 3rd round of the women's doubles of the Australian Open.

After Mahesh Bhupathi pulled out, Sania Mirza's doubles campaign has also come to an end in the Australian Open.
Mirza lost in the first round in the singles and crashed out in the 3rd round of the women's doubles.
Sania and partner Virginia Ruano Pascual lost to Alisa Klebanova and Francesca Schiavone in straight sets 6-4, 6-3. Sania's defeat means that Leander Paes is the only Indian left at the Australian Open.
