Dale Steyn has not had a chance to shine in the 2016 Indian Premier League as he has been on the bench for the first three matches of the Gujarat Lions.
However, his time on the bench has not dampened his spirits and he still managed to take wickets and provide his fans plenty of cheer.
In a recent post on his Instagram account (@DaleSteyn62), the South African pace spearhead was seen playing a round of gully cricket with some children in Mumbai. He said, "Little bit of street cricket in Mumbai, my first wicket in the IPL"

The last couple of years have been tough for Steyn. In the last 3-4 months, Steyn has been plagued with hamstring, shoulder and groin injuries. He looked rusty during the 2016 World T20 which was recently held in India. In two matches, he had figures of 0/35 from two overs against England and 1/33 from four overs against Sri Lanka.
However, Steyn has shown that his enthusiasm has not dampened and he might get a chance to showcase his skills in Gujarat Lions' upcoming fixtures. The team, led by Suresh Raina, have been undefeated in the tournament so far.
