IPL stats: Sunil Narine becomes first Kolkata bowler to bag hat-trick
Sunil Narine has recorded the first hat-trick by a bowler from Kolkata - the tenth overall at the IPL. Amit Mishra and Yuvraj Singh are the only two bowlers to have produced two hat-tricks each at the IPL.

Both Kings XI Punjab and Kolkata Knight Riders have won five games each against each other out of ten played at the IPL.
Punjab's thrilling four-run win is their smallest by runs margin at home at the IPL.
Punjab's aforesaid victory is their second narrowest by runs margin against Kolkata Knight Riders, next only to the two-run win win at Eden Gardens, Kolkata on April 15, 2012.
Just for the record, Punjab have registered two one-run wins at the IPL - one each against Mumbai and Deccan Chargers
Kings XI Punjab (157/9) have recorded their first total of 150 or more at the IPL 6 - their previous best being 138 against Chennai at Mohali on April 10.

Manpreet Gony (42 off 18 balls) has played his best innings at the IPL - the second highest for Punjab in this year's edition of the IPL, next only to the 43 not out by Manan Vohra off 28 balls against Pune at Pune on April 7.
Gony is the first Punjab batsman this year to post three sixes in an innings at the IPL.
Gony's strike rate of 233.33 is the second highest by a Punjab player at the IPL, next only to Yuvraj's 306.25 (49 off 16 balls) against Rajasthan Royals at Mohali on May 28, 2008. (minimum 40)
Gony has been adjudged the Man of the Match for the first time at the IPL.
David Hussey became the first batsman to manage 100 runs in four games for Kings XI Punjab at the IPL - 102 (ave.34.00).
Jacques Kallis (2046 runs + 51 wickets in 79 matches) is the first all-rounder to complete the double of 2000 runs and 50 wickets at the IPL. Having taken 27 catches, he has performed the triple of 2000 runs, 50 wickets and 25 catches at the IPL - the first to do so.
Kallis (3/24) has produced his second best bowling performance at the IPL - the best being 3 for 13 vs Sunrisers Hyderabad at Kolkata on April 14, 2013.
Gautam Gambhir, with 59 off 46 balls vs Bangalore; 53 off 45 balls vs Sunrisers Hyderabad and 60 off 39 balls vs Kings XI Punjab, is the first player to post three consecutive fifties in the IPL 2013.
Gautam became the first player to achieve the distinction twice. He had first recorded the feat between April 28, 2012 and May 5, 2012. Three players have recorded the feat once each - Virender Sehwag (five), Sachin Tendulkar and Jacques Kallis.
With 19 innings of fifty or more, Gautam has extended his record for most fifties at the IPL.
Gautam, with 235 runs at an average of 47.00 in five matches, has the second best tally in this competition, net only to the 256 (ave.64.00) in five matches by Virat Kohli.
Gilchrist is the first wicketkeeper to complete 60 dismissals (44 catches + 16 stumpings) in 71 matches at the IPL.
Azhar Mahmood (3/21) has produced his second best bowling performance at the IPL - his best being 3 for 20 against Bangalore at Bangalore on May 2, 2012.
