England will be warming up to their India tour with three practice matches prior to the Test series that gets underway next month.

England to play three warm-up games in India

New Delhi:

England will be warming up to their India tour with three practice matches prior to the Test series that gets underway next month.

The first match against the India 'A' team will be played at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai from October 30. This will be a three day game.

The next against the Mumbai 'A' team will take place at the newly built DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai from 3 November. This will again be a three day game.

The only four-day game will be played from November 8 onwards at Ahmedabad. England's opponent in this match is yet to be announced.

The India 'A' team for the game at the Brabourne Stadium will be picked on October 24.
