The selection committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India is scheduled to pick the Test squad for India's tour to West Indies on Friday.
The meeting is set to take place at the ITC Park Sheraton, Chennai and is likely to include seniors MS Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar who had been rested for the limited overs matches beginning June 4.
There also is uncertainty over the inclusion of Gautam Gambhir who had previously been named skipper for the T20 and 50-over matches but was advised 4-6 weeks rest due to a shoulder injury sustained during an Indian Premier League match.
