Yuvraj Singh to miss Oz ODI due to tumour: reports

Yuvraj Singh will reportedly miss the ODI series in Australia as he is still recovering from an operation to treat a lung tumour.

The stylish south-paw has been out of the national side since the series in England and recently said that he was hopeful of taking part in the tri-series Down Under, beginning from February 5 which will also feature Sri Lanka. His tumour though, according to reports, has not healed and will continue to keep him out of action.

Yuvraj was treated for a non-malignant tumour last year and his mother had said she was proud of the manner in which he had battled the illness.
