Sachin Tendulkar's coach Ramakant Achrekar is confident that the batting maestro will score his much-awaited 100th international century soon.

"Lavkarach maarel ase watate (I feel he will score it soon)," the Dronacharya awardee said on the sidelines of an event here to announce the launch of Nuzmakers Cricket Challenge.

Achrekar's daughter Kalpana Murkar, meanwhile, said that Tendulkar had met his mentor twice before leaving for Australia.

Tendulkar has scored 226 runs at an average of 56.5 in the first two Tests in Australia, but the historic milestone has so far eluded him.
