Everyone knew well that Rahul Dravid can bat, keep wickets, lead a team and break records. The veteran batsman has now revealed yet another side of his - dancing! The Rajasthan Royals' skipper was seen dancing animatedly after his team thrashed Royal Challengers Bangalore by 59 runs on Sunday.
Known to have always been a little shy and very reserved, Dravid retired from international cricket recently and said he would like to enjoy life off the field now. His dance was a clear sign that with victories pouring in for his club, the 39-year-old is relaxed, happy and loving life after packing up his jersey in national colours.
A phenomenal player whose records for India have been much deliberated upon, Dravid was appointed as skipper-mentor for the Royals after Shane Warne quit. Under him, the team has made a strong start in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League and the mood in the camp seems jovial with the rest of the squad joining their skipper, albeit letting him take the lead.
While the 'renowned' dancer S Sreesanth is also seen in the video, eyes though cannot be kept off Dravid as he waves his hands, raises his legs and gets an ovation from the rest of the team along with a few members of the support staff.
Ironically, what looked like a bonding exercise for the team came a day after Dravid's side had beaten his first and home team - Bangalore.
