Jyotiraditya re-elected as MPCA President
Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Jyotiraditya Scindia has been re-elected as President of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association.

Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Jyotiraditya Scindia has been re-elected as President of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA).
He won by defeating Madhya Pradesh Industries Minister, Kailash Vijaywargia by a margin of 74 votes.
As per election results announced late last night, of the 216 polled votes, Scindia received 142 while Vijaywargia got 72. Two votes were invalid.
This is the first time that elections for the post of the MPCA President were being held, as earlier candidates were chosen by consensus.
Scindia's nominees were elected as office-bearers and also to the managing committee while Vijaywargia drew a total blank in this quarter.
The Union minister has been MPCA President since 2004 and now he has been elected for two more years.
