Right then, England have a decent score on the board and given by the struggle of South African batters so far in the tournament, they would be hoping to defend this one. Marizanne Kapp is down for a quick chat. She says that it feels like she's been playing and bowling forever but is happy with her performance. About Klaas says that even she picked up the five wickets but Klaas was their best bowler today and deserved more wickets than her. Kapp adds that under lights it will be an interesting chase and hopes that the batters do the job and get going in the tournament as well.

The strength of this South African side is their pace bowling and it showed yet again as they started off in a brilliant fashion bowling nagging lines and lengths. Kapp was the pick of the bowlers as she got two early wickets and then came back in the last 10 overs to take three more wickets and ended with a much-deserved five-wicket haul. Credit should also be given to Klaas as she took two important wickets of Beaumont and Sciver and overall it has been another strong bowling performance by South Africa, especially given the absence of star bowler Shabnim Ismail in the second half of the innings.

England were under a bit of pressure coming into this game with two losses in their first two games and that showed in their batting display upfront. They were a bit tentative and ended up losing three early wickets. The move to send Wyatt at the top of the order didn’t work and English were in all sorts of trouble. However, Beaumont and Jones stitched together a century stand and the stage was set to explode with both set batters in. However, just when they were looking to up the ante both the set batters were sent back to the hut and that derailed England’s progress. Wickets kept falling at regular intervals and that meant that England have fallen short of the total they have hoped for coming into the last 15 overs.

This has been another superb bowling performance by the South African bowlers. They were a bit off-target in the middle overs but a strong start and an equally strong finish have ensured they are not chasing a big target here. England, on the other hand, would have loved to get at least 250 on the board but need to back their bowling now if they want to register their first win of this World Cup.

Another brace to end the innings! Slower one short and wide, Ecclestone finds the gap at cover-point and pushes hard for two. She gets it with ease in the end and England Women finish with 235/9!

Brilliant fielding from Chloe Tryon. Fullish delivery, on off. Anya Shrubsole looks to drive but gets a thick outside edge to the right of short third man. Tryon dives full stretch and saves a certain boundary. Just the single taken.

OUT! BOWLED! Ayabonga Khaka finally gets the yorker perfect and hits the bullseye! This is very full, at the base of middle stump. Charlotte Dean makes a bit of room leg side, looking to cover drive. The ball just sneaks underneath her blade and hits the middle stump on the full. Khaka has her wicket and Dean has to go.

Sliding down the leg side, Dean looks to flick but gets it off the pads and straight into the keeper's mitss.

FOUR! A welcome boundary for England! Khaka misses the yorker again and delivers a low full toss, on off stump. Charlotte Dean shows great skill to get inside the line of the ball and lap it wide of short fine leg. The fielder over there can't get a hand to it and the ball trickles away into the fence.
