Asia Cup 2014: Sohag Gazi ruled out of remaining matches with thumb injury
Off-spinner all-rounder Mahmudullah has been called up to replace Sohag Gazi in the Bangladesh squad for the remaining matches against Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Bangladesh off-spinner Sohag Gazi was ruled out of the remainder of the Asia Cup after suffering a cut on his right thumb while fielding off his own bowling during Saturday's Asia Cup match against Afghanistan in Fatullah. (Read: Afghan skipper Mohd Nabi credits entire team for historic win)
"The cut was caused by the seam and it had to be stitched up. He will need seven to 10 days to recover," team physio Vibhav Singh said in a release.
Mahmudullah has been called up to replace Gazi in the Bangladesh squad for the remaining matches.
Associate nation Afghanistan notched up their biggest-win ever by beating Bangladesh by 32 runs here in their first win over a Test playing nation.
