Johannesburg:
With Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn up his sleeve, coach Mickey Arthur believes South Africa have a potent new ball bowling attack when they tour India next month.
"We now have a fantastic seam attack and hopefully they will just improve," Arthur told the Afrikaans daily Beeld here on Wednesday.
"In the next few years we will be able to rely on (bowlers such as Steyn, Morkel) to carry our attack," he said, adding the pace duo would pose serious problems for batsmen in the forthcoming India tour which includes two Tests and three One-day Internationals.
But Arthur also admitted that his pace department is relatively inexperienced.
"You will therefore get outstanding performances, but you must also be prepared for the average performance now and then," he said.
