CLT20: Rohit Sharma fined USD 1500 for slow over rate

Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma was on Saturday fined USD 1500 for maintaining a slow over rate during CLT20 semi-final against Trinidad and Tobago, here on Saturday.
At the end of the match, Mumbai Indians were assessed to be one over behind the required rate after allowances were taken into consideration.
"This was his second offence of the season under the CLT20s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences and Mr. Sharma was fined US$1,500 whilst each team member was fined US$750," an official release said.
