Asian Games 2018, Day 4 Highlights: Rahi Sarnobat Clinches Gold In 25m Pistol Event, India Win Four Wushu Bronze
Highlights of Asian Games 2018: Rahi Sarnobat bagged India's only gold medal in 25m Pistol event on Day 4 of the Asian Games, while India got four bronze medal in Wushu.

India shooter Rahi Sarnobat won India's only gold medal on Day 4 of the Asian Games 2018 in the women's 25-metre pistol event after a tense double-shootoff. Other than shooting, India won four bronze medals in Wushu -- Roshibina Devi in Sanda 60kg category, Santosh Kumar in Sanda 56kg category, Surya Bhanu Partap Singh in Sanda 60kg category and Narender Grewal in Sanda 65kg category. Apart from this, the Indian men's hockey team registered a historic victory by beating Hong Kong 26-0 in their Pool A match. In Tennis, Ankita Raina entered the women's singles semi-finals where she will meet Shuai Zhang. In mixed-doubles, the pair of Rohan Bopanna and Ankita Raina registered a comprehensive victory in the Round of 16 match. With Bopanna and Sharan Divij entering the semi-finals of the men's doubles, India are assured of a medal in men's tennis doubles as Bopanna and Sharan Divij entered the semi-finals. However, Prajnesh Prabhakaran is the sole Indian competing in the men's singles quarter-finals where he will face Kwon Soonwoo. Meanwhile, India finished seventh in women's team Artistic Gymnastics and finished last in swimming men's 4 x 100m freestyle relay with a timing of 3:25.34. (MEDALS TALLY)

Indian swimmer Virdhawal Khade missed out on a medal by a narrow margin as he finished fourth in the men's 50 metre freestyle final. Khade registered a time of 22.47 seconds which was a mere .01 second slower than Japan's Shunichi Nakao who took the bronze.
Indian wrestler Divya Kakran took bronze in the women's 68 kilogram freestyle category. Divya thrashed Chen Wenling of Chinese Taipei by technical superiority in the play-off for the bronze medal. A wrestler is declared winner by technical superiority when he takes a lead of 10 or more points.
India's mixed trap shooting team of Lakshay Sheoran and Shreyasi Singh finished sixth and last. Lakshay-Shreyasi scored 16 points in the finals to be eliminated first with a disappointing performance.
