Team India is currently in Kingston for the second cricket Test
Virat Kohli is a self-confessed fitness freak. The Indian Test skipper has been in stupendous form in recent months, and credits his fitness regime for his improved form.
"An unfit body is an invitation for negativity", Kohli had recently told NDTV.
The 27-year-old batsman, who scored his maiden double century in the first Test in Antigua, on Tuesday posted a video of himself working out in the gym, hours before the Indian team landed in Kingston, Jamaica, for the second cricket Test match against West Indies.
The video shows Kohli lifting a bar with 10 kg plates on each side.
Train hard or dont train at all. Hard work has no shortcuts. ????. Love my lifting sessions. ????
