Former World Number One Martina Hingis arrived at Kolkata on Friday amongst much anticipation over her first trip to India.
The Swiss Miss was given a traditional, if somewhat chaotic, welcome at the Kolkata International airport, as the media and the police jostled against each other to get a glimpse of the tennis pro.
Hingis is in town to take part in the second edition of the Sunfeast Open beginning on Monday.
The five-time grand slam champion will be playing just the singles at this $750,000 WTA event.
