Fabulous Federer wins Australian Open
Roger Federer defeated Andy Murray of Britain in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 (13-11) to win the 16th Grand Slam title of his career.

Roger Federer defeated Andy Murray of Britain in straight sets to win the 16th Grand Slam title of his career.
The 'Fed-Express' rallied on to win the first two sets with relative ease. He, however, was up against a more confident Murray in the third. Murray broke Federer in no time and held serve to take a 5-2 lead. The Swiss champion had other things on his mind. He broke back to level 5-5 and later took it to the tie-breaker.
Fededer deprived Murray of four set points to win his fourth Australian Open title in the tie breaker, 13-11.
