Commonwealth Games 2014: Gagan Narang, Sanjeev Rajput Qualify for 50m Rifle 3 Positions Finals

Indian shooters Gagan Narang and Sanjeev Rajput qualified for the men's 50-metre rifle 3 positions finals at the Commonwealth Games here on Tuesday. (Day 6 Blog | Results)
Narang, who won the men's 50-metre rifle prone silver on Monday, finished second with 1156 points behind England's Daniel Rivers, who topped with 1157 points at the Barry Buddon Shooting Centre.

Another Englishman Kenneth Parr made the finals with 1154 points while India's Sanjeev Rajput finished fourth with 1153 points.
Eight shooters qualified for the summit clash, to be held later Tuesday, out of 17 contenders.
