23:55 hrs IST: That's it. Thank you for joining us today. See you all tomorrow for the game between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Daredevils. Until then, it's goodbye. Cheers!ÂÂ
Krunal Pandya (Man of the Match): "Really happy with the way I bowled. I was varying the pace and the wicket was on the slower side, so let the let the batsman guess as to what I was bowling. Bangalore is a heavy scoring ground but after bowling a few balls, I got the idea that varying pace here will be the key."
Rohit Sharma (MI skipper): "It was a crunch game for us. Sets us up very nicely on the table. We bowled really well, we fielded really well, and we came out and batted really well. There was a hiccup in the middle but Jos and Polly finished really well for us. Second over, getting Kohli, and then getting de Villiers was really important, and we kept it really tight."
Virat Kohli (RCB skipper): "We're literally playing knock-outs now. Great knock from KL. I thought we weren't in the game at all till the 15th over, but good work from KL and Sachin to pull us back. But it was still asking too much from the bowlers. We were around 20 runs short."

19:15 hrs IST: As for Mumbai, it seems that there won't be any chances in the playing XI and they'll go in with the tried and tested players. But will Chris Gayle play for Bangalore in this all important clash or will Travis Head keep his place? Well, we'll find it out in some time.ÂÂ

RCB vs MI will be a mid-table battle and victory is a must for both these high-profile sides. With four wins from nine games, RCB are sixth in the table. Mumbai, with five wins and as many defeats are fifth.
RCB are gradually finding their feet. With back-to-back wins, Bangalore are finally looking the side that made them tournament favourites. Kohli's exceptional form and solid contributions from AB de Villiers and Shane Watson are bearing fruit.
Mumbai Indians have been hot and cold in IPL 2016. They suffered a horrible batting collapse in their last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Visakhapatnam. MI were all out for 92 in conditions that favoured a lot of lateral movement.
RCB's bowling has been the team's weakest link. MI's batsmen should be able to find their feet on a Chinnaswamy wicket that should be full of runs. The lowest total in four matches in Bangalore has been 182.
Rohit Sharma was Man of the Match when MI hosted RCB at Wankhede. He scored a 44-ball 62 as an opener. Kieron Pollard completed the formalities with a 19-ball 39 as MI scored a comprehensive six-wicket win.
Wednesday's match should see plenty of runs. The team winning the toss will be inclined to chase. The team with better bowling will have the edge for sure.
