The KXIP vs RCB match could once again boil down to Bangalore batting vs Punjab's bowling. Virat Kohli's amazing batting form has been the talk of IPL 2016 but the sheer lack of bowling sting has hurt the team.
Kings XI Punjab are slowly recovering from the battering they received in the early weeks of IPL 2016. Murali Vijay, who took over as captain from David Miller, has been leading from the front. He is KXIP's leading scorer with 229 runs with a strike-rate of 118.
KXIP probably have the better bowlers. The two Sharmas - Mohit and Sandip - have used the new ball well and all-rounder Axar Patel has performed both with bat and ball.
