23:50 hrs IST: This is Daredevils' first victory over RCB since April 2010! Six years that is! All thanks to de Kock.
23:45 hrs IST: No prizes for guessing who the Man of the Match is. Quinton de Kock receives his award and says: "Hoping for one of these days to come. Good wicket, had to capitalise when I could. Just said good cricket shots will get us the score. Fast outfield. Didn't have to hit the big shots. One or two sixes were needed. When Karun came in, the plan was to build a partnership, we knew the boundary balls will come. Just dig deep and bat. Been waiting for a chance like this, haven't really been in this type of form, just happy about it."
23:43 hrs IST: Congratulations to Karun Nair too. His innings must not be forgotten. He gave brilliant support to de Kock to score a superb half-century out there. His 42-ball unbeaten knock included six boundaries and one six!
23:40 hrs IST: What a match this was! When Kohli and de Villiers were doing their stuff in the first half of the match, RCB looked like they will get a total well past 200. But Zaheer Khan's boys restricted them to 191/5 with only 18 coming off the last three overs.
But DD had to chase down that target and de Kock did it in style! What an innings! 51 balls, three sixes and 15 fours!!!!
23:35 hrs IST: And the Daredevils have done it! They have won by seven wickets and five balls to spare!
What a stunning game we witnessed today! Blinder of an innings from @QuinnyDeKock69 which was well supported by Karun Nair!#RCBvDD #DilDilli

19:29 hrs IST: A warm welcome to the second match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Daredevils. RCB won their opening match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a grand way while Delhi Daredevils bounced back with a win over Kings XI Punjab.
© BCCI
In their first match of the 2016 IPL, RCB have shown that they are the total package in their batting. Kohli's massive appetite for runs, de Villiers' genius and the breath-taking ability of Sarfaraz Khan at the death make their batting potent. If Chris Gayle fires, then their batting takes on a different dimension altogether.
Heading into their second match against the Delhi Daredevils, RCB hold all the aces. Although their bowling struggled to bowl the opposition out, they were served well by Shane Watson and Yuzvendra Chahal. If RCB tighten their bowling, then they will be in a great position to end their title jinx in this tournament.

Delhi Daredevils Not to be Underestimated
After their loss to Kolkata Knight Riders in their opening match, it seemed that Delhi Daredevils would endure another struggle. However, they bounced back in grand style against Kings XI Punjab and they will head into the match with some confidence.
Delhi Daredevils will be wanting to end their winless drought against RCB. They have not won against them since 2010 and in that period, Gayle smashed 128* against them at the Kotla.
However, if there is one person who can break down RCB's star-studded batting, it is Zaheer Khan. The veteran was in fine form in the match against KXIP and he will be the key if they have to dismiss Gayle, Kohli, Watson and de Villiers cheaply. In order to counter RCB's big-hitting, they will rely on Carlos Brathwaite and Quinton de Kock for some fireworks.
