Ravindra Jadeja to Marry Riva Solanki on Sunday

Ravindra Jadeja, Gujarat Lions all-rounder, will miss Saturday's Indian Premier League match against Mumbai Indians as he is all set to tie the nuptial knot with fiance Riva Solanki, here on Sunday. (Ravindra Jadeja Gets Engaged to Riva Solanki in Rajkot)

"Ravindra Jadeja is not going to play Saturday's match and has not come to Mumbai with the team as he is getting married," sources in Gujarat Lions team said.

"It is also not sure whether he would be available for game against Sunrisers Hyderabad to be played on April 21," sources said, adding that the game is to be played in Rajkot and therefore there are still chances of Jadeja playing in that match.

Earlier, after his engagement, Jadeja said that they arrival of Riva, who is a mechanical engineer, will help him do wonders on the cricket field.   
"In the game of cricket luck plays an important role and when I am getting engaged to Riva, I hope that lady luck will help me to do better in both cricketing life and personal life," Jadeja told mediapersons after the ring ceremony at his restaurant 'Jaddu's Food Field' located on Kalavad road.

Gujarat Lions, the new entrant in the ninth edition of IPL has so far played well, registering two wins in two matches.

Jadeja, one of the team's key player, played well in the game against Rising Pune Supergiants where he took two wickets and conceded only 18 runs in his four-over spell.

Sources also said that Gujarat Lions team members are expected to attend the wedding reception on Sunday.
