After being put in to bat, Delhi Daredevils got off to a worst possible start as they lost their openers Quinton de Kock and Shreyas Iyer inside the powerplay courtesy some brilliant bowling from Ashok Dinda. Leggie Adam Zampa continued the good work for Rising Pune Supergiants as he picked up three crucial wickets and didn't allow the other batsmen to settle at all. In the end, Morris then hit 22 runs off Thisara Perera to take the tourists to a total to have something to bowl to. In reply, Ajinkya Rahane's unbeaten 42 kept the hosts on track in stop-start chase but rain got heavier in the second interruption and the match got called off. As a result of that, Pune, who were ahead of (D/L) par score, won by 19 runs. Catch all the highlights of this match here. (SCORECARD | POINTS TABLE | IPL NEWS | PLAY FANTASY LEAGUE)
00:15 hrs IST: That's it. Thank you for joining us. See you all tomorrow for the game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab. Until then, it's goodbye!ÂÂ
Ashok Dinda (Man of the Match): "Very happy that we won the match. Bowl wicket to wicket and swing the ball. We were unlucky a couple of games, this game we were giving 200% effort."
MS Dhoni (RPS skipper): "The fast bowlers bowled well and gave a platform from where spinners could put pressure on the opposition. If luck is not in your favour in this game, you could be left having to lose 4-5 overs and chase 10-15 more runs. There's no real point taking any extra pressure. You want to bowl according to your strengths."
Zaheer Khan (DD skipper): "We just have to turn up the next game and go for it. it's simplified for us, 2 out of 2. Table is till wide open. Winning the next two with good NRR could take us to the top 2."

This is the time to show character. Rahul Dravid must be saying this a million times in the Delhi Daredevils dressing room as teams jostle for a berth in the last four of the tournament. Delhi's recent performance must be worrying their brains trust.
Delhi Daredevils, after a good journey in the middle of IPL, are looking vulnerable again. Having lost three of their last five matches, DD have put themselves under pressure and are not sure of making the playoffs.
Tonight's game is the first of DD's last three league games. Any slip-up at this stage will hurt the team's chances especially because Royal Challengers Bangalore, riding on Virat Kohli's dream form, are making a last-ditch effort to make the playoffs are really looking strong.
DD must capitalize on Pune's horror run. But for that, Zaheer Khan's team must bat well in the middle and the slow bowlers must come to the party. Pune had won their first-round match against DD by seven wickets at Feroz Shah Kotla.
Spin bowling was supposedly DD's strength. A team with the likes of Amit Mishra, Imran Tahir, Pawan Negi and Shahbaz Nadeem should have exploited the conditions better. But in their last match against Mumbai Indians in Visakhapatnam, DD's spinners leaked a record 143 runs.
The fact that Dhoni's RPS will like to go down all guns blazing makes DD's job only tougher.
