The ninth edition of the Indian Premier League got off to a fabulous start with a grand opening ceremony in Mumbai. Bollywood superstars like Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandez rocked the dance floor and gave the fans a treat. (Highlights)
West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo, who was part of the West Indies winning team during the 2016 World T20, also gave the fans plenty to cheer. Wearing a white blazer along with black shirt and pants, he danced to the 'Champions' song, a tune that was made immensely popular by the West Indies during the World T20. All the IPL team captains came out and signed the MCC Spirit of Cricket Pledge. It was a memorable night which had everything the fans desired.
