It did not take long for Sachin Tendulkar and Sir Vivian Richards to strike a warm conversation at the Feroz Shah Kotla on Sunday.
The two legends met before the start of the Indian Premier League match between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Daredevils.
Tendulkar, who turns 40 on Wednesday, plays for the Mumbai Indians, while Sir Viv has just joined Daredevils in an ambassadorial role. (Also see pics: Richards' magic for Daredevils)
The crowd roared when the little master entered the ground for warm-up. He soon spotted the West Indian great giving a TV interview and walked straight towards him.
Though the chat was not long, it was filled with smiles. Tendulkar also gave his bat to Richards for checking after which he was soon back to his pre-match drills.
