Lauding Sachin Tendulkar for his phenomenal feat of scoring 100 international centuries, BCCI vice-president Rajiv Shukla on Monday said the cricket icon should be honoured with the country's highest civilian award.

Lauding Sachin Tendulkar for his phenomenal feat of scoring 100 international centuries, BCCI vice-president Rajiv Shukla on Monday said the cricket icon should be honoured with the country's highest civilian award.
"There is a lot more cricket left in him. He should get the highest civilian award," Shukla told reporters at Vidhan Bhawan, after filing papers for the March 30 Rajya Sabha poll as a Congress candidate.
"Sachin will score even more centuries," Shukla said.
