United Andhra Pradesh supporters oppose India-West Indies ODI at Vizag
Members of Samaikyandhra non-political Joint Action Committee and others said that holding the match here, amid the agitation against the proposed bifurcation of the state, would send a wrong signal to the Centre, namely, that people of Vizag were not perturbed by the bifurcation plans.

The supporters of United Andhra Pradesh have opposed the one-day International match between India and West Indies scheduled on November 24 at the Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA stadium in the city.
Members of Samaikyandhra non-political Joint Action Committee and others said that holding the match here, amid the agitation against the proposed bifurcation of the state, would send a wrong signal to the Centre, namely, that people of Vizag were not perturbed by the bifurcation plans.
JAC chairman prof V Balamohandas said that pro-united state organisations in the city have decided not to allow the match to be held in the city.
