F1 Legend Nelson Piquet's Son Survives Horrific Crash - Watch Video

Former Formula One champion Nelson Piquet's son Pedro survived a horrific crash at the Brazilian Porsche GT3 Cup in Goiania, this weekend. The 17-year-old Pedro's car flipped over nine times after being struck by another car while manoeuvring a turn at the Autodromo Internacional Ayrton Senna. Remarkably, Pedro escaped without any major injury despite such an astonishing crash. In July this year, F1 driver Jules Bianchi died from injuries sustained in a crash at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix. Bianchi, 25, had been in a coma since the accident in October.
