Shakib retains Bangladesh captaincy
Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has retained the captaincy for the upcoming ODI series against Zimbabwe, the Bangladesh Cricket Board announced.

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has retained the captaincy for the upcoming One-Day International series against Zimbabwe, the Bangladesh Cricket Board announced on Thursday.
The first three matches of the five-match series will be held in Bangladesh capital Dhaka on October 27, 29 and 31. The last two matches will be played in the southern port of Chittagong November 3 and 5.
The board also announced a 14-member squad for the first three matches recalling left-arm spinner Abdur Razzak who recovered from an ankle injury. Paceman Shahadat Hossain replaced Syed Rasel.
Shakib stood in for injured skipper Mashrafee bin Mortaza and then led Bangladesh to its maiden test series win against a weakened West Indies in July.
The 2009 Wisden test player of the year also led Bangladesh to a 4-1 one-day series win against Zimbabwe in August.
Squad: Shakib Al Hasan (Captain), Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal, Zunaed Siddique, Mohammad Ashraful, Roqibul Hassan, Mahmud Ullah, Naeem Islam, Enamul Haque Jr, Rubel Hossain, Dollar Mahmud, Shahadat Hossain, Abdur Razzak, Nazmul Hossain.
