He got to the pitch of the ball alright but because of lack of flight, could not quite get the elevation. He looked to play the slog sweep but hit it pretty flat. 135.4 OUT! CAUGHT! Marco Jansen's cameo comes to an end and South Africa lose their 8th wicket. Marco Jansen does more than what was asked for and walks back for a well made 62(54). Mir Hamza continues to keep it well outside off and hits the deck hard this time, on a length. Marco Jansen takes a slight step across and tries to carve it over cover but gets a bit too late on the shot. Hits it straight to Babar Azam at cover who takes the simplest of catches. No signs of declaration just yet as South Africa are now 572/8!  572/8

141 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Khurram Shahzad gets his second! Short of a length, over middle, Keshav Maharaj swivels back and looks to pull but the extra bounce and pace on offer don't allow him to connect right. He only manages to get an outside edge that lobs back to the keeper Mohammad Rizwan who takes a simple catch. His 6th catch in the inning and South Africa lose their ninth.  614/9

141.3 OUT! BOWLED! DONE IT THIS TIME! South Africa has been bowled out for 615! This last partnership hasn't bothered much for Pakistan. Third for Abbas as he bowls this on a good length, around off, nipping back in, from around the wicket, Kwena Maphaka tries to defend it with the full face of the bat but plays well inside the line. The ball zips past the outside edge and rattles the stumps. The debutant doesn't make any addition to the scorecard and departs for a duck.  615/10

1 OUT! CAUGHT AT FIRST SLIP! The change of the angle has worked for Kagiso Rabada here! He comes from around the wicket and bowls on a good length, just around off, coming in with the angle, and then straightens off after pitching. Shan Masood draws himself for the defense off the front foot but only manages to get a thick outside edge that goes straight to the first slip. David Bedingham takes it with both hands at chest height nicely and Shan Masood has departed after making just 2. First one for South Africa and they will want more before the close of the play today but Pakistan are effectively 2 down already given the injury to Saim Ayub.  2/1

6 OUT! CHOPPED BACK ON! Marco Jansen gets the second for South Africa and Pakistan are in deep, deep trouble! Jansen comes from wider on the crease and angles it into the batter, on a length just around middle and off, Kamran Ghulam hops back and looks to keep it out but does so with an angled bat. Is late to bring his bat down and the ball takes the inside edge before uprooting the off stump. Kamran Ghulam walks back for 12(17) and Pakistan are 18/2!  18/2

8.4 OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Kagiso Rabada has found his best rhythm here and Pakistan in dire straits at the moment. Pitches the ball a few inches up and around off stump, getting it to nibble away off the deck. Saud Shakeel is drawn forward and goes for the cover drive but the nip away means the outside edge is found and David Bedingham takes a sharp low catch to his right at first slip. A six-ball-duck for Shakeel and Pakistan are now 20/3 and have a batter less to begin with.  20/3
