The Mumbai Passport Office has issued a show-cause notice asking Lalit Modi why his passport shouldn't be cancelled.
Modi's lawyer Mehmood Abdi has called the move 'excessive'.
And now he has 15 days to respond or else his passport will stand cancelled.
